Since opening the doors to the new Elgin Premises in early August 2008, the Elgin Branch has been steadily consolidating the reputation built up by MacGregor Industrial Supplies through two decades of doing business in the area. The decision to open the Elgin branch was driven by our customers, our Sales Reps were continually getting feed back that although we delivered to Moray 3 times a week we need a presence in the area.

 

The strategy in Elgin is simple, competitive pricing matched by unrivalled service levels. With 10 members of staff and over 10,000 product lines already in Elgin branch our aim is to supply the customer with their requirements on the day. However, if we don’t have the item in stock on the day we will use our daily shuttle van from Inverness to access thousands more products and  ensure the customers needs are met the very next day. Goods can also be delivered straight to your door by our Elgin vans to minimize any downtime.

With already over 500 square meters of floor space, plans are already in place to extend the showroom by another 200 square meters plus build 3 additional units to accommodate 3 of MacGregor Industrial Supplies specialist divisions.
