Application Submission

Interested candidates can apply online through our Careers Page, where all available positions are listed. To apply:

  • Submit your CV and cover letter via the online application form.
  • If you don’t see a role that matches your skills, you can send a speculative application to HR@macgregorsupplies.co.uk. We’ll review your submission and contact you if a suitable opportunity arises.

Initial Screening (HR Call)

If your application is shortlisted, our HR team will reach out for an initial discussion. This call is designed to:

  • Review your experience, qualifications, and interest in the role.
  • Answer any questions you may have about the position and company.
  • Assess whether the role aligns with your skills and career goals.

Interview with the Hiring Manager

Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager. This is an opportunity to:

  • Discuss your skills, experience, and suitability for the role in more depth.
  • Learn more about the team, company culture, and job expectations.
  • Provide examples of past work and problem-solving abilities where relevant.
  • Depending on the role you have applied for, you may be invited to a second interview if you were successful in the first.

Offer & Onboarding

If successful, you’ll receive a formal job offer outlining salary, benefits, and next steps. Once accepted:

  • Our HR team will guide you through the onboarding process.
  • You’ll receive all necessary information to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

What to Expect in Our Hiring Process

  2. Values-Based Interview – We’ll ask questions that explore not only your skills but how you approach challenges, teamwork, and customer service in line with our values.
  3. Offer & Onboarding – If you’re successful, we’ll set you up for success with a structured first 12 weeks of training, support, and development.
